The shower curtain was a poor substitute for a proper shower cabin, leading to a flooded bathroom each time I took a shower. Plus, the absence of a refrigerator in the room meant I couldn't keep any drinks cold during my stay.

the novum was a great choice for us. our room was nice and clean, and it was just a short 10-15 minute walk to hamburg hauptbahnhof. the staff was incredibly friendly, which made our stay even better. we enjoyed the wide selection at breakfast, and the various exercise machines available for a good workout were a nice touch!
